Our relocation service program goes beyond helping families buy or sell homes. An on-line relocation package is sent to every customer and includes information on all area schools, hospitals, shopping, city and country services, as well as links to all major sport teams and entertainment. Area maps and a “Movers Kit” are sent directly to the customers homes for easy acclimation to the area cities.

For your convenience, our “Relocation Center” is located in the prestigious Southlake Town Square. Southlake Town Square is a “small-town downtown” that serves the City of Southlake with exclusive name brand shopping, gourmet restaurants, a Hilton Hotel, 12 screen movie theatre, and professional business offices.

To meet the needs of individuals, corporations and their employees anticipating a move, the “Relocation Center” continues to expand their services to include area tours, temporary housing, and business benefit programs. Our certified experience agent team caters to the needs of the “Fine Homes & Estates” customers as well as the first time home buyer or seller.

Marion Pollard, is our Vice President of Relocation with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Marion holds her Certified Relocation Professional designation and her Global Mobility Specialist designation from the Employee Relocation Council and actively participates in international, national, and local relocation programs. Her staff includes Andrea Dees as the inbound coordinator who also holds her Certified Relocation Professional designation, additional outbound coordinators, and a Customer Service Department.
