Website Questions
Question: I would like to refer my clients & customers to the c21bowman.com web site to search properties but when they visit the web site another agent’s photo and contact information appears
on all flyers. I want my clients & customers to see me as their contact agent. How do I do this?
Answer: We have set up a special link for each agent that you can give to your client. It’s easy as 1-2-3.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Get online and open the web browser.
(Internet Explorer, AOL, or Netscape Navigator)

Step 2: For the web site address, enter:
www.c21bowman.com/myagent/agentlastname

For example:

Linda Peterson would instruct her clients and customers
 to type: www.c21bowman.com/myagent/peterson

Jim Sasser would instruct his clients and customers
 to type: www.c21bowman.com/myagent/sasser

Step 3: That’s it! If your customer sees the home page of the c21bowman.com web site - then it is a success!
Your customer will only have to visit the address
in Step 2 once and it is automatically set on his/her
system to have your name, photo and contact
information appear each time he/she visits the
c21bowman.com web site. After completing
the above steps, your clients and customers can simply 
go straight to the c21bowman.com without having to retype
the link in Step 2.

You can use the web site address in Step 2
on any of your advertising materials.
 
 Question: I would like to use the flier of my listing on the website, but when I print it I get a line of text at the very top and the very bottom of the page, not part of the flier.  How do I remove that text?

Answer: Before printing go into File, then Page Setup, you should see a box labeled Headers and Footers, delete the text in each of these boxes and click ok.  You are ready to print a clean flier.
