Quality Homes Built on Strong Foundations of Integrity

My custom home building experience started in 1988 as a journeyman electrician, working on some of the most prestigious custom homes and office buildings in the North Dallas area. These homes were constructed in premier communities like Tour 18, Point Nobel Estates, The Farms of Bridlewood, and Wichita Creek Estates. For ten years I designed and installed complex and sophisticated electrical systems for million dollar custom homes and commercial office buildings.

I began building custom homes in 1998 for Toll Brothers, Inc. and more recently for David Bush Custom Homes. I then started my own company, TLR Custom Homes, building estates ranging from $400,000 to $3.5 million. My experience building luxury custom homes includes managing every aspect of the building process, beginning with land development, to creating custom home designs and detailed budgets, through the contract of sale, and continuing through the entire construction process.

In the last eighteen years, I have worked side-by-side with some of the regions highest trained, certified and well respected city officials and inspectors adhering to strictly enforced building codes in developing a strong reputation for consistently producing some of the best quality-built custom homes in the area. I have achieved this through long standing relationships with a very selective group of suppliers and sub-contractors who share my passion in delivering True Craftsmanship Style Custom Homes.
