Earn money from your real estate license without selling real estate through our referral program. The Texas Agent Network (a program of IServe, Inc.) is now sponsoring Texas licensed Real Estate Agents for the sole purpose of referring friends, relatives and business associates to purchase or sell real estate.
Active and inactive licensed agents are invited to apply for sponsorship. Agents accepted into this program will NOT be required to join any association of REALTORS© or to subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. These agents will not be allowed to perform any real estate practitioner activities other than referring customers. When agents pay our fee of $260 per year or $25 per month to join and remain in the program, they will receive a 20% referral fee upon closing for each client they refer to our agents. As a bonus for each of the first three closed referrals annually, members will receive reimbursement of $100 towards their annual membership fee.
IServe, Inc. is an affiliate with CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. All customer referrals will be handled by the award-winning CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman Relocation Department and assigned to qualified relocation agents.
