than 11 years; before coming to Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. was also involved in new construction
sales for a volume builder. |

do you enjoy most about being a real estate professional? |
|
Helping
people solve their real estate needs. I still get a thrill when a
contract is successfully negotiated! |

awards or honors have you received? |
|
I was invited
to be in the CENTURY 21® Master's Hall of Fame. I have received the
CENTURION® award nine (9) times. In January and February 2001, I was
recognized as the No. 1 agent in the office. I have received top agent awards in Colleyville,
Bedford, and Grapevine. Since I have joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.
in 1991, I was the No.1 agent in the office in 1993 and 1994. I ranked No.
2 in the company from 1995 through 1999. I am currently a top agent in the
company for sales in the Bedford and Grapevine areas. |

Where
are you originally from and how long have you lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth
area? |
|
I'm originally
from Graham, Texas (90 miles west of Fort Worth), and I have lived in the
Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1979. |

Prior
to your career as a real estate professional, what was your previous work
experience? |
|
Top salesman for a leading office equipment
supplier in North Dallas. |

Are
you involved in any community work and/or what are your hobbies? |
|
Raising
two girls, Paige and Leslie, and have been a proud supporter of Trinity
and L.D. Bell
High School's football program. I enjoy snowskiing and country western
dancing. |

I really
appreciate my clients and customers that have helped me achieve my real
estate goals. I have been blessed in my business and am humbled by that.
I've always felt that if you help enough people get what they want, you
get what you want. My goal is to help sellers get their home sold
for their desired amount in the least amount of time with as least amount
of hassle
as possible. And when representing a buyer, although I don't have a crystal
ball, I try to get them the best "deal" possible in as good an
area as possible with "the resale" value always in mind. Once again,
many thanks to my contacts, clients, and customers for allowing me to help
them with their biggest investment. I'm very appreciative and thankful. |
