Linda Winchester started with CENTURY 21 Mike bowman, Inc. in June of 2007 as a Leads Manager in the Customer Service Department. "I pursued a career with CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. because I wanted to work for a stable, reputable company with the utmost of integrity", said Linda. With a background in sales and as a loan officer for a vacation ownership company, Linda knows every aspect of what it takes to provide the customer with a pleasant experience, whether they are purchasing or selling a home.
Linda truly enjoys the daily interaction with customers that her position provides. She strives to service their needs. She truly cares about her customers and wants to help them fulfill their dreams.
Linda works with customers who have contacted our company. During her initial customer contact Linda assesses and records their needs into the Leads management system. Through the system, both Linda and the agent are able to better follow up with each customer.
The leads management system is designed around a philosophy of how to provide better than expected services to our agents and the customer. Because our leads management system is a work flow program, all calls that are registered from the front desk are automatically routed to the customer service department for quality assurance follow up. The system makes it easy for her to service the customer based on their specific real estate needs; therefore saving the agent time to work with hot buyers and sellers.
Our leads management system also features a contact management system allowing her to continue to follow up on leads for the agents for their future business. That is why our agents are among the top agents in Tarrant County.
The philosophy behind leads management is better than expected service for the agent and the customer. Assisting the agents, Linda ensures that the customer is better educated about all the services we have to offer. It is our hope that the customer will choose one or more of the four levels of services. By providing these customer services the agent increases the odds that the client will sell or buy a home from them.
Buying or selling a home is a process, not an event, that happens overnight and it is not unusual for Linda and the Leads Management team to establish a working relationship with our agent’s customers that lasts a year or more. During this time, Linda ensures that the customer has all the up to date information that will be helpful to them when they are ready to buy or sell.
Agents are constantly informed of the progress of their customer and when the sellers are ready to sell their home or buyers are ready to purchase a new home the agent starts working with motivated customers. Our office is a busy office, but our customers always come first.
