I joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in May of 2005 as a Recruiting Associate.  I was at a stage in my life looking for a strong, stable company that would provide opportunities for me to grow and increase my financial opportunities.  I was introduced to CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. through a career program that I attended and discovered a staff opportunity that was a perfect fit. 

I obtained my real estate license in 2007.  I love the people I work with.  It is a great combination of my passion for real estate and being able to help others achieve their goals for their real estate careers.

As an integral part of the CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.'s Recruiting Department, my responsibilities include introducing new and experienced recruits to our policies, procedures and services that our company offers to our agents, buyers and sellers.  We have an amazing integrated software program, iBroker, to manage our day-to-day activities within the office. 

Two to three times each month, I assist on Career Day Programs by interviewing agents and assisting prospective new agents with the licensing and regulations required to become a licensed Texas real estate professional.  I also facilitate new agents into the company's systems and services offered exclusively by CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.

I assist agents in completing independent contractor agreements, other company required agreements and introduce the agents to our outstanding staff and services they provide for all agents within the company.  I also help integrate them into our computer networks including their own personal web page we provide for free and email accounts. 

It is great to have our own programmers and website designer on staff that consistently develop programs and systems to attract more buyers and sellers for our agents.  In 2007, our innovative systems produced more than 19,000 buyer and seller leads to our agents.  That is why our agents closed 17 more transactions each than the average agent in the United States.  Our agents closed an average of 26 transactions each in 2007.  These remarkable statistics are the highest in the industry.

I also work closely with our agents informing them about the rules and regulations NTREIS MLS, MetroTex and other related industry affiliates; such as title companies, mortgage companies, real estate schools, and chambers of commerce.  I get very excited in showing new and experienced agents how they can "Discover the Difference" between CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. and other real estate companies and how the management and staff work as a team to assist in their success.  I also handle a myriad of responsibilities relating to the agent support, assisting agents on how to manage our sophisticated phone system allowing them to receive all their buyer and seller calls directly and issuing keys for our security system in and out of the office.

Last buy not least, I pride myself on being a source of information and direction for all agents, new and experienced, to help them be productive as soon as possible.
