Carrie Brown came to work at CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc as a Leads Manager in the Customer Service department in April 2008. Carrie was born, raised and still resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has a deep love for Texas and the people.
Carrie believes that providing excellent customer service is the foundation and much of the success of a company, she speaks from over 10 years of "customer service" experience. Carrie is a native of the DFW metroplex and when she isn't providing that "excellent customer service" she enjoys bow hunting and spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 children.
The Leads management system not only tracks buyer and seller calls for our agents, but also provides a compact management system making it possible for the agent and Carrie to follow up with each customer.
Our leads management system also features a contact management system allowing her to continue to follow up on leads for the agents for their future business. That is why our agents are among the top agents in Tarrant County.
The philosophy behind leads management is better than expected service for the agent and the customer. Assisting the agents, Carrie ensures that the customer is better educated about all the services we have to offer. It is our hope that the customer will choose one or more of the four levels of services. By providing these customer services the agent increases the odds that the client will sell or buy a home from them.
Buying or selling a home is a process, not an event, that happens overnight and it is not unusual for Carrie and the Leads Management team to establish a working relationship with our agents customers that lasts a year or more. During this time, Carrie ensures that the customer has all the up to date information that will be helpful to them when they are ready to buy or sell.
Agents are constantly informed of the progress of their customer and when the sellers are ready to sell their home or buyers are ready to purchase a new home the agent starts working with motivated customers. Our office is a busy office, but our customers always come first.
