Marion Pollard is the Vice President of Relocation. She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Marion obtained her Certified Relocation Professional designation with the Employee Relocation Council, and actively participates in international, national, and local relocation programs.

A native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Marion has lived in the area for more than 15 years and can answer your questions about the metroplex, schools, as well as the cost of living and the relocation process.

"My goal is to help customers relocate into our market area or move to another city with a positive experience," Marion said. "I moved my family with four school-age children, and I know first-hand the stress that comes for the entire family during the moving process."

When you call Marion, she will review your home and discuss any family needs and then develop a relocation assessment package to assist you in your move.

"It is important to know how many bedrooms and baths a family requires," Marion said. "We often help families find daycare centers, swim teams, dance instructors, or sport camps. Some of our clients need information on hospital or elderly care facilities, language classes and other assistance. We help clients understand the area traffic and approximate the driving time and distance from their home to work."
