Dan Gault is the Vice-President of Training and Advertising Coordinator for CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. He offers a unique combination of sales, management and training experience in diversified fields. He has extensive experience in marketing of single and multi-family. real estate for individuals, partnerships, banks, asset management companies and the federal government.

He is an accomplished team leader, adept at developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Dan has 24 years real estate marketing and management experience and 7 years training director experience for new and experienced real estate agents.

Dan is a full-time trainer in the office and available at any time day or night to answer questions and help agents achieve their goals.

It is a fact that most successful real estate salespeople set and achieve goals and know the value of time management. They work harder and smarter than their less successful counterparts listing and selling real estate has become more complex and sophisticated than ever before. This process requires a high degree of technical knowledge as well as expertise in human relations.

Considering the above facts, a real estate salesperson's pattern of operation is determined by his/her work habits. The success of a professional real estate salesperson with a definite plan of operation will over shadow that of a person with a hit-and-miss sales plan.
