FORT WORTH - May 3, 2000 | Mike Bowman, president of CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. proudly accepted the 1999 No. 1 Office Award for Closed Units throughout the worldwide CENTURY 21® system. They have won this award six out of the last seven years. Bowman's staff and agents achieved this phenomenal feat with strong team effort, integrity, and the drive to exceed customer expectations. "In 1998 our company ranked second worldwide in closed units, and our agents worked diligently to get us back on top. In 1999 we closed 2,873 units with a total sales volume of $447 million. That is an increase of 35% which equals over $1.2 million in sales volume every day, seven days a week, 365 days a year," Bowman said. In addition, sixteen of more than 100 agents working with Bowman, received the 1999 CENTURION® Award. This award is given to CENTURY 21 agents who close in excess of $150,000 in gross closed commissions for the year.
