February 1, 2005 -- The Northeast Tarrant County (NETC) Association of Realtors named Dave Bowman 2005 Realtor of the Year at a banquet in January at the Westin Hotel at the Dallas Galleria. This prestigious award is presented to a member who has demonstrated outstanding achievements in real estate both professionally and through community service.

Dave has served on the NETC board of directors and is past chairperson. He continues to play an active role in the organization.

Dave is the second CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. manager or associate to receive the award from the NETC Association of Realtors. Last year, Terry Tremaine, an associate with CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc., received the award.

Dave serves as vice-president of production for CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children, Amanda, Stacie, and Jake.
